Tip: Preparation without lumps

Have you ever came across such situations while cooking, when you have to roast chestnut flour (as in Falahari Doda Barfi), or all purpose flour (as in White Sauce Pasta), etc., and then add water to the same.
Generally, you would observe the occurrence of lumps, that are needed to be avoided. So, here's a tip that will help you out of this problem.

Preparation without lumps

  • Roast the flour, as usual.
  • Allow it to cool down to room temperature.
  • Then, add water.
  • Also, remember to stir the solution continuously, while on flame.
Adding water after cooling and stirring continuous would avoid lumps.
