Tip: Let's be cool in summers

It's too hot and the sun is on with those loo and chinook wind.
But if I say that, yet I am cool in summer; how would you react? But I am cool, indeed. Do you also want to be? Then, just go through this tip once and try it out, because it won't work out without going in the Sun.

Let's be cool in summers

#1. Avoid immediate fluctuations of temperature, ie. from chilled AC to sunlight, etc.
If you would do so your body that was in a cold medium would not be able to acclimitate the sudden change. Thus, this may make you suffer from sunstroke.

#2. Drink 1-2 glasses of Lemonade or Aam Panna daily.
This will protect you from heatstrokes and also keep you hydrated.

#3. Include raw onion or its preparations- vinegar-onion(सिरका प्याज़),curd-onion(दही प्याज़), tomato-onion(टमाटर प्याज़), lemon-onion(नींबू प्याज़), etc. as per your taste-in your meals, daily.
The quercetin present in the onions acts against histamine that is the cause behind heat rashes.

#4. Add a drop of summer medicine-Glonoine or Glonoinium 30ch, a homeopathic medicine-to a litre of water.
It's made up of glycerine, nitrogen and oxygen, this would protect you from heatstrokes.

#5. Drink lots of water.
        This would keep you hydrated.

#6. While going out, cover your head with a cap, or an umbrella, etc.
This would resist the sun rays from reaching you, directly.
