Tip to make aloo parwal curry delicious



  • Before cooking pointed gourd (parval), shallow fry its slices.
  • It will prevent the slices to loose its water content into the gravy and make it juicy with slight crisp.
  • Then, cook it as usual.
  • This will improve the deliciousness of your aloo parwal curry.
