Recipe : Paneer ki Kheer

While fasts, we normally prepare some sweet dishes. Many a times, the sweet thus prepared is kheer of saboodana or dry fruits. But this time, let's relish a new kheer

Paneer ki Kheer


Ingredients:
  • Paneer 400gm
  • Milk  2l
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Dry fruits
  • Almond 50 gm
  • Cashew nuts 50 gm 
  • Pistachio 50 gm
  • Green cardamom 5 - 6  
Method:

  1. Place milk for boiling and let it boil for at least 3 boils.
  2. Add sugar to taste and dry fruits.
  3. Keep boiling it on sim flame & keep stirring, till it becomes around 1 ½ litres.
  4. Put the flame off and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add grated paneer.
  6. Again place the milk on sim flame and keep boiling with intermittent stirring till it becomes around 1 litre.
  7. Add green cardamom powder to it. Your kheer is ready.
  8. Serve it chilled.
