Tip : Hair-fall solution

Many people, nowadays, suffer from hair-fall* problem. This problem increases in winters, which is all-set to arrive.

Hair-fall solution

• Do not shampoo daily. You can do so once or atmost twice a week.
• Give your hairs an oil massage every week.
• Don't apply the shampoo directly onto your scalp, always apply it after diluting it with a little amount of water. This will not let shampoo to concentrate on any area of your scalp.
• Remember, while using conditioner, don't let it come in contact with your scalp.
• Don't stress your hairs by tying them tight or pulling them.

Some homemade remedies to control hair fall are:

1. Take fresh coconut. Grind it, to get it in milky form. Massage your head with this. After 5 - 10 minutes, do shampoo.
2. Take a raw egg. Discard the yolk from it. Massage your head from the remaining portion(white part of the egg). After 5 - 10 minutes, do shampoo. {As the yolk has been discarded, your hairs won't smell, after this therapy.}
3. Take out the pulp from the leaves of aloe vera plant. Mix water to the pulp and then massage your head with it. After 5 - 10 minutes, do shampoo.
4. Grind Amla (Indian gooseberry). Mix it with water and massage your head with it. After 5 - 10 minutes, do shampoo.

• Increase Vitamin C, Iron and Calcium rich food in your diet. Don't forget to have leafy vegetables.

*If you have a hair fall ratio above 150 per day in winters, then you can term this as hair-fall.
