Is the veggie too salty?
What are you thinking, then, to eat it or throw it?
Oh! From now, just abort that thought of throwing too salty veggies. Why?

If the veggie contains gravy:

  1. Make a ball of wheat flour and add it to the gravy.
  2. Allow a whistle on high flame in a pressure cooker and then discard the remaining lump.
This would surely reduce the salt in the gravy, without changing its taste.

OR

  1. Peel off a potato, dice it and add it to the gravy.
  2. Allow a whistle on high flame.
  3. If you don't want a big change in the gravy's taste, you can also discard the potatoes.

OR

Add fresh cream to the gravy.
This wouldn't only reduce the salty taste, but also give a royal texture to your gravy.

OR

If you like tangy flavour, you can add fresh lime juice or curd to the gravy.
