Unheard uses of vicks vapo Rub
Vicks Vapo Rub:
I’m very sure that almost all of you would have used this balm as a cure to
cough or cold, at least once or twice or would have seen its advertisements. But
let me tell you it can also be used in some more situations.
Precautionary Care from Infection:
If you’re visiting any place, where you’re prone to catch infection, this is
one of the things you can try to be safe. Just take a little bit of Vicks
Vaporub in your index finger & rub it on the opening of your nostrils and
your ears. (Remember: Don’t force the ointment inside the nose or ears. It can
be dangerous & isn’t recommended here. It should be used only at external
skin.)
Cure of Insect Bite: If an insect (like
mosquito, red ant, etc.) has bit you & the portion has inflated, become red
& itching; then, apply a bit of Vicks Vaporub over it. Which would give you
a relief from inflammation, reddening &
the itchiness.
