Kiddo Delight : Fancy Chocolates

Fancy Chocolates

We spend a lot of amount for buying chocolates from malls. The same can be made easily at home much cheaper than that.
It is so easy to make that even kids can prepare it under your supervision and support.

Ingredients:

For Chocolaty Hearts:
  • Dukes dark chocolate
For White Hearts:
  • Dukes white chocolate
For Fruit and Nut:
  • Dukes dark chocolate
  • Raisins
  • Almonds
  • Cashew nuts 
For 2 in 1:
  • Dukes white chocolate
  • Dukes dark chocolate

Method:

  • For Chocolaty Hearts:
  1. Prepare a double boiler.
  2. Grate the chocolate and keep it in the bowl.
  3. Turn on the flame to high.
  4. Keep stirring the chocolate till it attains such consistency that ribbons can be formed.
  5. When such consistency is obtained, pour little amounts of the chocolate into silicon moulds.
  6. Tap it twice on your work station and keep it in the freezer to harden.
  7. After it is hardened, demould the chocolate.
  8. Your chocolaty hearts are ready to consume.
  • For White Hearts:
  1. Grate Dukes white chocolate.
  2. Now, prepare it by the same method as of Chocolaty Hearts.
  • For Fruit & Nut:
  1. Melt the dark chocolate by the same method as of Chocolaty Hearts.
  2. Now, half-fill the moulds and add anyone of the nuts.
  3. Then, cover and fill the moulds completely with chocolate.
  4. Freeze it.
  • For 2 in 1:
  1. Melt both, dark and white chocolates.
  2. Half-fill the moulds with one type of chocolate and complete it with the other one.
  3. Freeze it.

N.B.: 

  1. The chocolates can be decorated with edible colourful sprinkles, glitters or powdered sugar.
  2. After the chocolates are prepared, they can be wrapped in colourful foils beautifully.
