Tip: Reducing sourness from curd

You must have experienced having sour curd, hadn't you? It ruins the taste of everything.
It then, generally gets wasted. So, I am here with a tip today, that will help you reduce the sour taste of the curd. And also, will make it creamy.

Reducing sourness from curd

  1. Take curd and discard the water(of the curd) from it.
  2. Take some fresh cream.
  3. Whip it with the curd.

Actually, the water is the main reason behind the sour taste. Therefore, discarding it will reduce the sour taste of curd and instead would make it creamy.

So, from now onwards, bid adieu to sour curd.
