Recipe : Kele ki subzi

On demand from a consistent viewer ‘Ms. Manorma’ of this blog, I am bringing forward an ever green recipe for all seasons. This veggie is liked by one and all starting from children to the age-olds; and is healthy too.
Before coming to the recipe; I would appreciate the gesture of Ms.Manorma, who has come forward with a request which will benefit not only her but all the readers of this blog. I would request everyone to come up with their choices so that those could also be covered.

  2. Roast the gram-flour.
  3. Take a wok, put all the oil & heat it up.
  4. Take out all the oil, leaving only ½ tbsp in the wok.
  5. Add onion garlic paste, & sauté it little bit. Keep the flame sim.
  6. Then add all the masala, sauté it a bit more.
  7. Then add raw banana pieces, mix it well.
  8. Sprinkle a little water, then cover it with lid.
  9. After a while (about 3-4 min.), open the lid, toss it criss-cross.
  10. Repeat the above two steps till the banana remains slightly uncooked.
  11. Now sprinkle about 1/3rd  roasted gram flour and a little amount of oil from the remaining. Sauté it more.
  12. Repeat the above step 2-3 times consuming all the roasted gram flour. This will result in tasty & properly cooked veggie, which would not be lumpy & sticky.
