Recipe : Café style hot coffee

The delight of rainy season doubles with hot snacks and a café style hot coffee. And for it, many of us usually go to costly cafés. But today I'm here with the recipe of café style hot coffee, which will surely reduce those café bills, without compromising your taste.

Café style hot coffee

For 2 person 

Ingredients:

Nescafe Classic Instant Coffee ½ tsp

Sugar     2 tsp

Water     1 tsp (I repeat- only 1tsp)

Milk     2 cups
chocolate powder : optional

Method:

1. Take coffee powder, sugar and water (1 tsp) in a cup.
2. Whip briskly, with a spoon, till it becomes creamy. 
3. If you are unable to move the spoon, then you may add only  ½ tsp of water to it; but don't exceed this further.
4. Divide this mixture into two cups.
5. Add hot milk to it.
6. Mix it gently and your Cafe style hot coffee is ready.
7. Now you can decorate it with chocolate powder.

Note:

• You may change the ratio of coffee powder and sugar as per your taste.
• Always try to use fresh coffee powder its give more authentic taste and aroma, so its better to use Rs.2/- sachets.
