Tip: Reducing weight naturally

Reducing weight naturally


  • Consume raw cucumber in your breakfast. Have it till you're full. You may add black salt, black pepper or lemon juice, according to your taste.
  • Have normal meals for lunch.
  • For dinner, have bottle gourd, according to your fill. In the beginning you may reduce the quantity of chappatis, slowly but steadily; and then completely switch onto bottle gourd. You may have it as different variants; for example, simply boiling and adding cumin and salt to it; or making lauki raita; or cooking it with salt, cumin and tomato; etc. But use the least quantity of fat inducing materials and masalas. Also, don't make Koftas out of it.
  • Don't consume a lot of oil, ghee, cheese, butter, potato, rice, products made of flour(maida), sweets and other fat inducing food items.

The above tip is tested and you would surely come to see its effects in about a week. Then, you may plan your diet according to your requirements.
