Few days ago, I posted a tip on reducing weight naturally. Some readers mailed me asking whether bottle gourd juice is more effective and beneficial? If so, then they asked for its recipe that would taste more better. So, my today's recipe is about that bottle gourd juice.

- Bottle gourd
- Water
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Ajwain
- Mint leaves
- Lemon juice
Method:
- Cut off a piece from the end and taste it. It is better not to use a gourd that tastes bitter, as they may cause harm.
- Then peel off the entire gourd and cut it into pieces. Add water to these pieces and blend it with the help of a blender.
- Add black pepper, ajwain and salt. Adding mint leaves can also enhance the taste.
- You can also add some drops of lemon juice to make the bottle gourd juice taste better and rich in antioxidants.
- It is not advisable to mix other vegetables with this juice, as it might have a more negative affect on your health.
