With the rising inclination
towards Chinese foodstuffs,
we all either move to the restaurants or make them
with masala mix packets at home. But their taste can
neither be customized nor
is it healthy. So, my today’s
recipe is Gobhi Manchurian, which can be made
easily at home, can be customized and has such ingredients that are easily
available.

- Let the gravy boil once, at high flame.
- Put the fried cauliflowers into the gravy and boil it at low flame till the flowers become soft and it attains a proper consistency.
- Now the Manchurian is ready. Garnish it with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve it with chapatti, rice or parantha .
