Schezwan Paneer Burger
Kids,
nowadays, are happy while having burger, pizza, etc. but are reluctant of nutritious,
healthy food.
Are you worried about their health as well as fulfill their
demands? So here’s the second recipe of Kiddo Delight section, Schezwan
Paneer Burger. It’s more healthy than Aloo Tikki Burger as, instead of
Potatoes, it contains Paneer. My this innovative recipe can be made easily.
Ingredients:
- Burger bun 4
- Paneer 200gm
- Cheese slice 4
- Onion 1 medium
- Tomato 1 medium
- Capsicum 1 medium
- Butter 75gm
- Mayonnaise 75gm
- Schezwan chutney 50gm
Method:
- Prepare a paste of butter & Ching’s schezwan chutney.
- Now, cut paneer into thick slices, as shown in fig.:2. Apply the paste on the paneer slices & keep them aside to get marinated, for about 15-30 minutes.
- Later, take a pan & fry the slices (टिक्की की तरह सेंक लीजिये).
- Then, cut the buns into two halves, horizontally.
- Apply mayonnaise on the inner side of one & butter on the other half. Take the lower half of the bun, place a fried paneer slice, then slices of tomato, onion & capsicum on it, and then a cheese slice. Close it with the upper half of the bun.
- Now, keep it in the oven for 1 min, at 900°C and the Schezwan Paneer Burger is ready to consume.
N.B.:
- If you want to make it spice less, the paneer slices can be marinated only with butter.
- The Schezwan Paneer Burger can be served in other three variants, i.e.:
- Maggi Masala Paneer Burger (marinate it with butter & Maggi Masala)
- Mint Masti Panner Burger (marinate it with butter & mint chutney)
- Achaari Tadka Paneer Burger (marinate it with butter & achaar’s masala)
