ईद मुबारक
लो आ गयी मुबारक ईद;
खुशनुमा हैं सब, करके चाँद का दीद।
हर ओर छाई रौनक-ए-बहार है;
फ़िजाँ में घुल गया प्यार ही प्यार है।
नफ़रत को, फ़ना करके,
मोहब्बत मुस्कुराई है;
आज हर ओर मेरे मौला ने
नूर बरसाई है।
हो लज़्ज़तदार बिरयानी,
या हो शीर कुर्मा नूरानी;
खुशबू, तो आज ईद की
हर ओर से आई है।
