After the high ratings of
pizzottpam and cheese veggie wrap, here’s another nutritious recipe for the
cheese lovers. So, presenting
Bread cheese omelette
Ingredients:
Bread - 6
Amul Creamy Cheese - 1
Eggs- 2
Butter- for toasting
Onion- 1 small
Tomato-1 small
Salt – as par taste
Coriander leaves
Chilly -2
Ginger - ½ inch
Black pepper – 1 pinch
Method:
- Cut the bread slices as shown in figure
- In a cup, take eggs, salt, black pepper and finely chopped onion, tomato, ginger, coriander leaves & chilly. Whip up these ingredients.
- Grease up a non-stick pan with butter. Put the outer part of the bread on it, at low flame.
- Now, fill the inner part with 1½ tsp of the egg mixture.
- When the omelette gets cooked up, pour 1½ full tsp of cheese onto the omelette.
- Cover up the cheese with the inner part of bread. Apply butter onto this portion, too.
- Turn over the bread and toast it {सेंक लें}. The Bread Cheese Omelette is ready to serve.
