Aam-e-Khaas
Mango is not Aam like Aam Aadmi, its our Royal Indian Fruit. Giving a
khaas touch to Mango, I present here Aam-e-Khaas.
Ingredients:
- Mango (preferably Dashahri): 1 big
- Amul Fresh cream: 200 ml.
- Sugar Powder: As per taste.
Method:
- Prepare mango puree from mango pulp and taste it for its sweetness.
- Keep the packet of cream in refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
- Then take out the thickened cream and mix sugar into it as per the taste of the mango and your taste desire.
- Now, whisk the cream to make it fluffy. When the cream gains fluffiness, mix mango puree into it.
- Then, pour the mixture into moulds and let it freeze.
- Now, de-mould it and Aam-e-Khaas is ready to serve.

DeleteFirstly, the mango should be ripe & a bit soft.
Take out all the pulp and mash it with the help of a masher; or
Grind it in a mixer grinder, without adding anything into it.
If you want a fine puree, sieve the prepared puree from a fine sieve.
