Tip : Difficult Rotis- made easy


Making rotis(chapattis) of Makke ka aata(maize flour), Bajre ka atta(millet flour), kuttu ka aata(buckwheat), singhare ka aata(water chest nut) etc. is always a hassle as the flour in non-binding.
So, here’s a tip that will make the process of making rotis out of such non-binding flours, a hassle-free process. So, presenting:

  • Always take fresh flour. Therefore, buy it in that much quantity that can be used in a single time.
  • Do the kneading with Luke warm water.
  • Make the dough so soft that when its ball is flattened, it do not cracks on the edge.
  • While rolling it into the chapattis, handle it delicately.
