While fasts, we normally prepare some sweet dishes. Many a times, the sweet thus prepared is kheer of saboodana or dry fruits. But this time, let's relish a new kheer
Paneer ki Kheer
- Paneer 400gm
- Milk 2l
- Sugar 200 gm
- Dry fruits
- Almond 50 gm
- Cashew nuts 50 gm
- Pistachio 50 gm
- Green cardamom 5 - 6
Method:
- Place milk for boiling and let it boil for at least 3 boils.
- Add sugar to taste and dry fruits.
- Keep boiling it on sim flame & keep stirring, till it becomes around 1 ½ litres.
- Put the flame off and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Add grated paneer.
- Again place the milk on sim flame and keep boiling with intermittent stirring till it becomes around 1 litre.
- Add green cardamom powder to it. Your kheer is ready.
- Serve it chilled.
